Santa Fe, New Mexico Through My Lens

A place where history lives in the walls and stories move through the streets. From adobe architecture to open conversations between strangers, Santa Fe invites you to slow down, observe, and connect.

Walking through Santa Fe, it was easy to feel the history in the place.
The adobe buildings and plazas reflect deep Native American and Spanish influences—reminders that this land has been shaped by generations of people long before today’s visitors arrived. You can feel that history not just in the architecture, but in the art, the patterns, and the stories carried through the streets.

What stood out just as much were the people.

Artists sharing their work, conversations happening between strangers, and a general openness that made it feel welcoming. People smiled, greeted one another, and seemed willing to slow down and connect, even if just for a moment.

It reminded me that places like Santa Fe are not just built with materials and design. They are built through history, culture, and the relationships people continue to create every day.
