Between the Lines
Exploring people, systems, stories, and the contexts that shape how we work and live.
My professional work explores what often lives between the lines: the context, relationships, systems, stories, and experiences that shape how we understand one another, make decisions, learn, and work together.
Much of this work has been shaped by my experience in safety and organizational performance, where I have learned that understanding people requires us to look beyond behavior alone. We must also become curious about the systems around them, the relationships they depend on, the environments in which they work, and the experiences they carry with them.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: meaningful learning begins when we create space for people to share their experiences, challenge what we think we know, and explore the fuller story together.
This relationship-centered approach informs my work across safety, organizational learning, leadership, systems thinking, storytelling, and reflective dialogue. It is also shaped by my personal journey, cultural experiences, photography, and an enduring curiosity about what it means to be human.
Here, I share my writing, speaking engagements, professional dialogues, and collaborative learning experiences; all part of an ongoing exploration of how curiosity, context, and human connection can help us better understand how we live, work, learn, and grow.

Professional Engagements and Collaborative Dialogue
If your organization is exploring how storytelling, systems thinking, Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), and employee experiences can deepen learning, I welcome the opportunity to support that conversation.
Engagements may include consultations, workshops, safety keynotes, or workplace conversations that help teams better understand how context, relationships, and systems shape the way work is experienced and performed.
